In late October, we opened our new Tasting Room and adjoining SLATE Restaurant, a state-of-the-art facility that adds another dimension to wining and dining in the Clare Valley. It also dovetails seamlessly with our existing craft brewery tasting room and includes an alfresco outdoor area that offers a seven-day Beer Garden menu. On Friday to Monday for lunch, the SLATE Restaurant comes to life, featuring a modern Australian, Mediterranean-style menu that showcases fresh regional produce.
