The Beach House is an iconic Gerroa Beach property, with one of the best locations in the village. Everyone knows this place...and for good reason. It is a classic yet luxuriously appointed beach cottage, a lovely garden and easy access to either the beach or the estuary. The home is comfortably and well appointed. Summer or winter - this home is cool or cosy depending on your needs! In the cooler weather, warmth is provided by the cosy wood burning stove and two reverse-cycle air conditioners.

How is the property laid out?
The Beach House is a single level cottage with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one master bedroom with a king bed and ocean views, one queen bedroom with reading nook and one twin room with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a spa bath, shower, vanity and toilet, and the second with a shower, vanity and toilet.
There is a sitting area with spectacular views of the beach, two sofas, coffee table, desk area and selection of books. The living and dining areas are open plan with a large corner sofa, open wood fireplace, TV, DVD and CD player and dining table to seat six.
The gourmet kitchen has a six burner gas cook top, large oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. There is also an internal laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.
